About BizMirror
BizMirror ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a free online business diagnostic tool available at bizmirror.africa. The Platform is made available at no cost to business owners and entrepreneurs worldwide.
BizMirror provides users with a structured diagnostic questionnaire covering key dimensions of business performance. Upon completion, users receive a scored assessment and a written diagnostic report delivered to their nominated email address.
The Platform is not a registered financial advisor, legal advisor, management consultant, or professional services firm. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional advice of any kind.
Eligibility and Access
The Diagnostic Methodology and Its Limitations
3.1 How Diagnoses Are Generated
BizMirror generates diagnostic reports through a two-stage process. In the first stage, user responses are evaluated against a proprietary scoring framework developed and maintained by BizMirror. This framework assigns weighted scores across defined business performance dimensions. The specific parameters, weightings, thresholds, and algorithms comprising this framework are confidential and constitute the intellectual property of BizMirror.
In the second stage, scored outputs are processed through an artificial intelligence language model system, which generates written diagnostic observations, priority recommendations, and contextual narrative. The combination of these two stages constitutes BizMirror's diagnostic methodology ("the Methodology"), which is continuously developed and may be updated without notice.
3.2 Limitations You Must Understand
- Scores are computed from self-reported data. Accuracy is directly dependent on the completeness of information provided. BizMirror does not independently verify any submitted information.
- Benchmarks used within the Methodology are calibrated estimates based on publicly available research and market intelligence. They are not derived from audited financial data and do not constitute certified industry standards.
- AI-assisted diagnostic observations are generated by a language model and may reflect general analytical patterns rather than precise knowledge of a specific business or regulatory environment.
- A BizMirror score or grade is not a valuation, credit assessment, investment rating, or professional audit of any kind. It should not be presented or used as such.
- Business performance is influenced by a wide range of factors that cannot be fully captured through a questionnaire. BizMirror diagnoses necessarily reflect an incomplete picture of any business.
No Liability for Business Decisions
4.1 Informational Purpose Only
All content, scores, reports, recommendations, and outputs produced by BizMirror are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing produced by BizMirror constitutes financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional advisory service.

4.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizMirror's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the twelve months preceding the claim. Where the user has made no payment, BizMirror's liability shall be zero.
Data Collection, Privacy, and NDPR Compliance
5.1 Data We Collect
- Contact information: name, email address, and phone number submitted at the point of report generation.
- Business information: business name, industry, years of operation, team size, and location.
- Diagnostic responses: your answers to all questionnaire items across the five diagnostic modules.
- Computed outputs: module scores, overall score, grade, and report content generated from your responses.
- Technical data: standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps.
5.2 How We Use Your Data
- Generating and delivering your personalised diagnostic report to your email address.
- Operational monitoring of completed diagnoses for service quality purposes.
- Building aggregate, anonymised benchmarking datasets to improve diagnostic accuracy over time.
- Improving the Platform, its content, and its diagnostic capabilities.
BizMirror does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your contact information is not added to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
5.3 Data Sharing
BizMirror may share data with the following categories of third parties solely to the extent necessary for Platform operation:
- Technology service providers: cloud hosting, email delivery, database, and AI processing services who process data under appropriate data processing agreements.
- Business partners and affiliates: organisations involved in the operation or support of the Platform may access aggregated or anonymised diagnostic data for service improvement purposes.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory obligation.
5.4 NDPR Compliance
- Data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes and not processed incompatibly with those purposes.
- Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
- Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data by contacting us at the address in Section 10.
5.5 Data Retention
Contact information and diagnostic responses are retained for a maximum of 36 months from submission, after which personally identifiable data is deleted or anonymised. Aggregated, non-identifiable benchmarking data may be retained indefinitely.
5.6 Cookies
BizMirror does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Minimal functional session data may be used to maintain your diagnostic session within a single browser visit. No cross-site tracking is employed.
Intellectual Property
Community Membership
7.1 Access and Eligibility
BizMirror offers access to a private business owner community ("the Community") to users who make a voluntary community support contribution via the Platform's designated payment facility. Access is contingent upon completing a BizMirror diagnosis and payment of the applicable membership contribution.
7.2 Member Conduct
- Engage respectfully and constructively with other members at all times.
- Refrain from posting spam, unsolicited promotional content, or offensive material.
- Not share Community content or member details outside the Community without consent.
- Not use the Community for any unlawful purpose.
BizMirror reserves the right to remove any member for violation of these standards, without refund of any contribution paid.
7.3 Availability
BizMirror does not guarantee the permanent availability of the Community and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time with reasonable notice to active members.
Payment and Refund Policy
8.1 Community Membership Contributions
Community access is made available through a voluntary support contribution processed via Paystack. By making a contribution, you agree to Paystack's applicable terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.
8.2 Nature of Contribution
Contributions are support payments that enable BizMirror to maintain and develop the Platform and Community. They are not payments for professional services, consultancy, or guaranteed commercial outcomes.
8.3 Refund Policy
All community membership contributions are non-refundable once Community access has been granted. If access is not delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date by contacting BizMirror at the address in Section 10. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
8.4 Payment Security
BizMirror does not store or process payment card details. All transactions are handled exclusively by Paystack in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
International Users
General Provisions
10.1 Amendments
BizMirror reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
10.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BizMirror with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
